Full refund if cancelled before pharmacist verification (within 60 minutes of order)
After Verification, Before Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped due to pharmaceutical regulations
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
- Prescription verification fails (invalid or illegible prescription)
- Product is out of stock after order placement
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Significant delay in delivery (beyond 14 days)
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after product dispatch
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products not stored as per package instructions
- Medical reactions or side effects (consult your doctor)

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for pickup and replacement/refund
