2. Prescription Requirements

All medications sold on AskDR are Schedule H drugs that require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner (MBBS or equivalent).

  • You must upload a valid, legible prescription before ordering
  • Prescriptions must be issued within the last 6 months
  • Self-medication is strongly discouraged
  • Our pharmacist reserves the right to reject prescriptions that do not meet regulatory requirements

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that the prescription belongs to you or the person for whom you are legally authorized to order medication.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Product availability may vary

5. Order Processing

Upon receiving your order:

  • Our pharmacist will verify your prescription within 60 minutes
  • If verification fails, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after verification
